Business Travel Support Agent – Remote with Office Training

About the role

Join a global travel organisation as a Business Travel Support Agent. After two weeks of on‑site training, you will work remotely supporting corporate and leisure travel consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex airline ticket actions such as issuing, re‑issuing and refunds via the helpdesk.
• Assist advisors with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) and related tools like Concur, Dolphin and ADMS.
• Provide training and setup support for new advisors.
• Manage the UK hotel inbox and handle NDC requests.
• Quality‑check bookings and support British rail and European train queries.

Required profile

• Minimum five years experience in business or leisure travel.
• Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing and GDS platforms.
• Familiarity with British rail and European train services.
• Ability to work Thursday to Monday, covering evenings on weekdays and full days on weekends.
