About the role

The Butler combines classic butler duties with personal‑assistant skills to deliver highly personalised, intuitive service to guests staying in the suites and penthouses of Corinthia London, a 5‑star luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs before they are expressed.
• Adapt effortlessly to changing situations and handle a wide range of responsibilities with discretion.
• Engage thoughtfully with each guest, building genuine connections while maintaining professionalism.
• Observe, record and act on guest preferences, habits and personal requirements in a discreet manner.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
• Interact confidently with high‑profile guests, providing attentive and tailored service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler (desired) and luxury hospitality experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, care for guests and colleagues, and ability to work under pressure.
• Resilience in a fast‑paced environment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Professional grooming and a confident, engaging personality.
• Diploma from a hotel/service‑related school and/or Butler Diploma (desired).
