Buyer – Home & Dine (Retail)

About the role

Fenwick is seeking an experienced Buyer to lead the Cook, Dine & Small Electricals categories across its stores and online platform. You will shape a design‑led assortment that reflects the brand while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end buying process, from range planning to supplier negotiations and product launches.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to develop seasonal strategies and optimise margins.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Marketing and support teams to deliver a cohesive Home & Dine offering.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of buying experience in Home & Dine or related categories.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation expertise.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑driven decision‑making complemented by intuition.
