Buyer / Planner – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

This position is with a fast‑growing business operating in global supply markets. You will own a portfolio of products and suppliers, working closely with internal teams to ensure demand is met and supply risks are managed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships across international markets, negotiating pricing, lead times and commercial terms.
• Coordinate supply plans to meet customer demand and monitor supply risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Operations and Logistics teams.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accurate system administration.
• Support product launches and customer projects.
• Liaise with suppliers on packaging, production and shipping schedules.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, buying, international sourcing and supply planning.
• Strong supplier relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
