C++ Developer – High‑Frequency Trading for Quant‑Driven Market‑Maker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced C++ developer to join our low‑latency team that powers a leading quant‑driven market‑making operation. You will work on a modern C++11+ codebase that supports trading of over $175 billion of assets daily across FX, equity, fixed‑income and commodity markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance trading software across the full stack.
• Implement numerical algorithms for pricing, risk and market‑making.
• Optimize code for CPU cache usage, paging and system‑call efficiency.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to translate models into production code.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in C++11 or later, with a post‑2011 codebase experience.
• Deep understanding of low‑level computer architecture, caching, paging and system calls.
• Comfortable with calculus, matrix operations and numerical methods.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures and their performance trade‑offs.
• At least several years of professional software development; fresh graduates are not considered.
