About the role

We are a high-frequency proprietary trading firm seeking a talented C++ developer to design, build and maintain a low-latency trading platform. The role offers high autonomy and the chance to work on large-scale parallel computation and machine-learning optimisation problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a low-latency, high-frequency trading platform using modern C++.
• Contribute to large-scale parallel computation projects involving shared data.
• Optimise performance of machine-learning-based algorithms.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to translate strategies into production code.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of C++14/17/20 standards.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and SQL databases.
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for building systems from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
