About the role
Ryanair Group is inviting enthusiastic candidates to join its cabin crew family at an in‑person assessment day in Bristol on 30 June 2026. No prior experience is required – the focus is on customer‑orientation, team spirit and a passion for delivering excellent service on board.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safety and customer service to passengers throughout flights.
- Operate early and late shift rosters, reporting as early as 5 am and staying until midnight on later rosters.
- Complete a 6‑week training programme, including exams, supernumerary flights and earning cabin crew wings.
Required profile
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
- Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
- Ability to swim 25 m unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing and friendly personality.
- Willingness to work a shift roster and engage with the public.
