About the role

Ryanair Group is inviting enthusiastic candidates to join its cabin crew family at an in‑person assessment day in Bristol on 4 August 2026. No prior experience is required – just a passion for customer service and a team‑oriented attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑class safety and customer service to passengers on board Ryanair flights.
• Operate early and late shift rosters, sometimes starting as early as 5 am and ending as late as midnight.
• Participate in a 6‑week training programme, including exams, supernumerary flights, and final certification.
• Maintain compliance with all airline safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
• Height between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in).
• Ability to swim 25 metres unaided.
• Flexible, outgoing personality with a willingness to work shift patterns.
