About the role
Our client, an architecture practice based in Surrey, is seeking an experienced CAD Technician to take a pivotal role in project management and technical delivery. The successful candidate will work on a variety of architectural projects, ensuring technical accuracy and timely completion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project tasks from concept through detailed design.
- Prepare NBS specifications and compile comprehensive Scope of Works.
- Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and meet established deadlines.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated professional able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Proven experience delivering architectural projects through detailed work stages.
- Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Competence with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing NBS specifications and Scope of Works.
