Call Centre Operator – Parts East Midlands

About the role

Join the busy Parts East Midlands hub as a Call Centre Operator, supporting customers of a leading automotive dealership. You will be the first point of contact for parts enquiries, ensuring orders are processed on time and customers receive expert advice on both original equipment and aftermarket products.

Key responsibilities

• Process parts orders and meet all order deadlines as directed by the line manager.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hub to resolve customer queries and fulfil requests.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of OE and aftermarket product ranges.
• Accurately prepare invoices and estimates, ensuring financial precision.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products, building strong relationships to improve margins and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills.
• Ability to sell and upsell products confidently.
• Attention to detail for accurate invoicing and estimating.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a drive to deliver high‑quality service.
