Campaigns & Marketing Associate

About the role

This full‑time position offers a fast‑paced, creative environment where you will work closely with a senior marketing lead. You will help turn ideas into reality across campaigns, events and a variety of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse range of campaigns and events, from small‑scale activities to larger brand experiences.
• Develop engaging concepts, themes and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage end‑to‑end event delivery, including suppliers, logistics and on‑the‑day coordination.
• Design and produce high‑quality marketing materials such as digital assets, print collateral and event branding.
• Create on‑brand copy for campaigns, social media and communications.
• Build strong relationships across teams and act as a key point of contact for marketing activity.
• Support wider marketing initiatives, monitor performance and provide updates on campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• A creative thinker with the ability to generate and deliver ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience producing marketing materials with a good eye for design and detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Collaborative and confident when working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must have own transport.
