Cantonese Speaking Assistant E-Channel Manager (Banking)

About the role

The Assistant E‑Channel Manager will support the E‑Channel Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of online banking and debit‑card platforms. Based in central London, the role combines system monitoring, project coordination and customer‑experience improvement, working in a hybrid model with four days on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and performance of online banking and debit‑card services.
• Coordinate system testing, upgrades and enhancements with IT, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators, resolve operational issues and produce regular performance reports.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to the design and testing of new digital features.
• Guide and supervise E‑Channel Officers, providing training and knowledge‑sharing.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive service quality and digital adoption.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Relevant experience in e‑channel operations, digital banking or card management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
