About the role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking Car Drivers to join our busy compound team in Marchwood. This is a Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity, giving you the chance to move into a permanent, long‑term contract with a leading business.
Key responsibilities
- Safely drive, maneuver and precision‑park a variety of vehicles within a secure compound.
- Scan vehicle barcodes on arrival and perform quick visual quality checks.
- Assist other yard departments to meet daily targets when workload increases.
- Maintain an organised, smoothly running outdoor compound.
Required profile
- Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles and park accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong reliability, punctuality and careful handling of vehicles.
