Car Finance Administrator – Office-Based (Cheadle)

About the role

The Car Finance Administrator will support the end‑to‑end car buying journey, ensuring finance paperwork is processed accurately and customers receive seamless service. This office‑based role is based in Cheadle and works closely with the Car Collection Team and external dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and submit finance documents and supporting information with accuracy.
• Coordinate handovers to the Car Collection Team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and dealers throughout the finance process.
• Collect customer testimonials and photographs to showcase successful purchases.
• Provide post‑purchase support and resolve any customer queries.
