Car Fleet Coordinator – Automotive

About the role

This position is for a Car Fleet Coordinator within a fast‑growing automotive business. You will keep the fleet operation organised, efficient and running smoothly while supporting leasing companies, fleet customers and dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general fleet orders, vehicle administration and track car orders, stock levels and registrations.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for forecasting demand, quarterly pricing updates and special pricing terms.
• Provide customer service by liaising with leasing companies, fleet customers and dealers, coordinating delivery timelines and assisting dealers with fleet programmes.
• Oversee the company’s demo vehicle fleet, handling location, availability and returns.
• Support marketing initiatives, including admin for dealer campaigns, event assistance, material preparation and social‑media outreach.
• Assist with Motability support for dealers and customers.

Required profile

• Experience in car fleet management or car leasing.
• Strong organisational and reporting abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with leasing companies, dealers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.

• Base salary of £30,000 per year.
• Monthly incentive of up to £800.
• Annual bonus of 10‑15%, leading to realistic earnings of £43,000‑£45,000 in year one.
