About the role

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to identify vehicle problems.
• Inspect vehicles and use computer software to diagnose faults.
• Select appropriate parts and carry out fitting or repair of damaged components.
• Road‑test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare cost estimates and provide price quotes to customers.
• Update vehicle log books and supply necessary paperwork.

Required profile

• Experienced automotive technician comfortable with daily exposure to different vehicles.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems and work efficiently under pressure.
• Minimum Level 3 automotive qualification (Level 2 may be considered with extensive hands‑on experience).
• Strong diagnostic knowledge and practical repair experience.
