About the role

Join a leading UK parking and technology group as a Car Park Warden at Arena Shopping in Coventry. You will ensure that visitors park responsibly, follow site rules, and pay correctly while delivering friendly front‑line service in an outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor parking areas to verify compliance with timing and payment rules.
• Issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that breach on‑site regulations.
• Provide courteous assistance and information to the public.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and issued notices.
• Follow health and safety procedures and conflict‑resolution guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work outdoors and on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
• Must be over 18 years old and reside within the CV1‑CV8 postcode area.
• Reliable transport to reach the site for shift start times.
