Car Sales Executive

About the role

Join an established automotive business in Gloucester and help customers find their perfect vehicle. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop a successful sales career while earning a competitive base salary plus OTE.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cars, finance, insurance and protection products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to deliver a first‑class experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and provide expert advice.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and contribute to a high‑performing dealership environment.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Positive, motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to process information accurately.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in the motor trade or a customer‑facing environment.
