Car Sales Executive – Loughton

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Loughton. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry through to vehicle handover, building strong relationships and driving sales of both new and used cars.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering first‑class customer service.
• Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Promote finance, insurance, warranties and other value‑added products.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across the vehicle range.
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Represent the dealership in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, driven and customer‑focused.
• Professional appearance and approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
