Car Sales Executive – New & Used Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a premium franchise‑approved dealership in Swindon. The role involves selling both new and used vehicles, ranging from luxury models to electric and hybrid cars, while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used cars, including luxury, electric and hybrid models.
• Promote and sell accessories, finance, insurance and add‑on products to meet targets.
• Manage customer communications throughout the delivery process and resolve queries.
• Explain warranties, after‑sales services and support options.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Ensure payment collection and compliance with sales procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably new or used car sales.
• Strong sales track record and results‑driven attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points.
• Resident within reasonable commuting distance to Swindon.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry.
• Motivation to exceed sales targets and build long‑lasting relationships.
