Car Sales Executive – New & Used Vehicles

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy main dealer in Sidcup. You will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service in a vibrant dealership environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell all new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Achieve sales targets for vehicles, accessories and financial services.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs and highlight relevant vehicle features and benefits.
- Provide high‑level customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of car sales experience, preferably at a main dealer.
- Stable career history with a full clean UK driving licence.
- Experience working within a defined sales process is desirable.

- Competitive basic salary £16‑18k per year.
- Realistic OTE exceeding £50k per year.
