Car Sales Executive – Plymouth

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Plymouth. You will work in a dynamic, face‑to‑face sales environment, helping customers find the right vehicle and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and engage potential customers promptly.
• Conduct vehicle viewings, test drives and negotiate sales.
• Prepare finance proposals and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of stock, pricing and industry trends.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in motor‑trade sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Well‑established network within the automotive sector.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required and flexible availability for interviews.
