Car Sales Executive – Uncapped OTE £50,000 + Company Car

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our Bolton dealership. The role focuses on achieving vehicle sales targets while delivering a first‑class end‑to‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
• Generate customer enquiries and schedule appointments.
• Deliver a first‑class end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Promote brand awareness via social media and digital channels.
• Maximise profitability through finance and add‑on products.
• Maintain compliance, transparency and customer trust.

Required profile

• Experience in a target‑driven sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and motivation to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work weekends (5.5‑day working week).
• Motor retail experience as a Car Sales Executive.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
