Car Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales department for a well‑established dealer group in the Suffolk area. You will be responsible for driving overall sales performance, including finance, add‑ons and accessories, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive department sales targets across vehicle sales, finance, add‑ons and accessories.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Motivate, coach and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Set high standards for performance and lead by example.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar automotive sales management role.
• Strong people‑management and motivational abilities.
• Ability to set high standards and inspire the team to follow them.
