Car Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team across multiple Northwest branches. You will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring compliance, and promoting our brand portfolio of MG, Suzuki, Omoda and Jaecoo.

Key responsibilities

• Set, monitor and achieve monthly sales and profit targets for the team.
• Manage stock turnover, showroom layout and market penetration.
• Increase add‑on product sales and overall profitability.
• Oversee financial operations, departmental budgets and reporting.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, marketing and senior management.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between branches.
• Proven experience in sales management within the motor retail industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law and trade practices.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a sales team.
