About the role
Join Avery Healthcare’s award‑winning team at Camberley Woods Care Home, where you will provide compassionate personal care to elderly residents. Your daily work will directly improve the quality of life for those in our care, while you develop professionally in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing and mobility.
- Monitor and promptly report any clinical risk or changes in residents’ condition.
- Follow safe working practices and adhere to health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of services.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities.
Required profile
- Warm, enthusiastic and dedicated attitude towards resident wellbeing.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Initiative, adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn; no prior experience required as full training is provided.
