About the role

Join a dedicated care team delivering person‑centred home care across East Sussex. As a Care Assistant you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including washing and dressing.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning and tidying.
• Shop for food and essential items.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle or willingness to use provided bus pass.
• Availability for AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic care and hygiene techniques.
• Meal preparation and simple cooking.
• Ability to perform light household duties.
