Care Assistant – Day Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our day‑shift team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Bath. You will help residents live each day to the fullest by providing compassionate personal care and supporting daily activities in a warm, family‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care such as dressing, bathing and assistance with meals.
• Support residents with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents, families and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with residents, their families and the care team.
• Help maintain the high standards of care and hygiene throughout the home.

Required profile

• Genuine compassion and dedication to caring for older adults.
• Interest in building relationships with residents and their families.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
