Care Assistant – Domiciliary Care (London)

About the role

Health Vision UK is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across London. You will deliver personal care, household assistance and companionship, following the outcomes‑based model of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene support and medication reminders.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and shopping.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and report any concerns to the Care Team Supervisor.
• Plan journeys to client homes, ensuring punctuality and safety.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Required profile

• Mature, responsible and friendly with a helpful attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Motivated to organise own time and travel to client locations.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Respectful of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• Basic organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to perform manual tasks safely.
