Care Assistant (Driver/Walker) – North Newcastle (NE2, NE3, NE7)

About the role

We are recruiting Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in North Newcastle (postcodes NE2, NE3 and NE7). The role is shift‑based, paid per shift rather than per call, and includes both driver and walker positions with mileage reimbursement.

• Communicate effectively, documenting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Required profile

• No formal care qualifications required – we value the right attitude and empathy.
• Applicants must be female, in line with the Equality Act 2010 for this role.
• Ability to work early and late shifts, including alternate weekends, following a two‑week rota.
