Care Assistant – Full‑time (36 hrs) – Drayton

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Care Assistant to join our Drayton care home. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship and help deliver personalised care in a supportive environment. Each day brings new opportunities to make a positive difference to the lives of older adults.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with food, drink and personal care according to individual care plans.
• Provide one‑to‑one time and companionship to promote wellbeing and social interaction.
• Support daily living activities and ensure a safe, clean environment throughout the home.
• Follow care home policies, record observations accurately and communicate any concerns to senior staff.

Required profile

• Experience caring for older people.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic and warm‑hearted approach to delivering high‑quality care.
