About the role

Join the Fulford care home team in Littlehampton as a Care Assistant. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence and a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents with medication administration and accurate record‑keeping.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and community events.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Promote residents' well‑being, safety and dignity as part of a caring team.

Required profile

• Kindness, compassion and a genuine desire to help others.
• Patience and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to work alternating weekends.
• No prior care experience required – full training provided.
