About the role
Join Care Outlook Ltd as a Care Assistant supporting vulnerable and elderly clients in their own homes across the Hillingdon area. You will provide personal care, build trusting relationships, and enjoy the satisfaction of making a real difference each day.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, toileting and dressing.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Observe, monitor and accurately record client conditions and activities.
Required profile
- Compassionate, reliable, patient and caring.
- Flexible to work evenings and every other weekend.
- Authorized to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).

What we offer
- Pay starting at £13.55 per hour, with enhanced rates for weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement at 40p per mile.
- £300 Refer‑a‑friend bonus.
- Company‑issued mobile phone and free uniform.
- Full‑time and part‑time shifts (07:00‑15:00, 07:00‑19:00, 15:00‑22:00) with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- 28 days annual leave (pro‑rated), DBS cost covered, and 2‑weekly payroll.
