Care Assistant – Home Care

About the role
Join Agincare as a Home Care Assistant and help clients live with dignity and joy in their own homes. No prior experience is required – you’ll receive fully funded training and support to start a rewarding career in care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily routines.
- Offer companionship, share a cup of tea and engage in conversation.
- Assist with mobility, medication reminders and light household tasks.
- Travel to client homes across the Andover area and record care activities.
- Work alternating weekends as part of the roster.
Required profile
- Passionate, caring and motivated to help others.
- Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months) – no sponsorship available.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

What we offer
- Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
- Hourly rate £12.90‑£13.40 plus mileage (32p per mile).
- Flexible contracts to suit your needs.
- Referral scheme – earn up to £1,000.
