Care Assistant – Person‑Centred Home Care in Windsor

About the role

As a Care Assistant you will provide person‑centred support to older adults in the Windsor area, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Prepare simple meals and provide basic cooking support.
• Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning and tidying.
• Shop for food and essential supplies.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and encouragement.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good English communication skills.
