Care Assistant – Person‑Centred Home Care

About the role

Join a dedicated team delivering person‑centred home care across Gosport, Portsmouth and Fareham. As a Care Assistant you will support older adults to live independently in their own homes, providing compassionate daily assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare simple meals and support basic nutrition needs.
• Carry out light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
• Shop for groceries and run errands as required.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and encourage social interaction.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and appropriate business insurance.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to work flexible AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
