Care Assistant – Residential & Dementia Support

About the role

Join a luxury care home in Church Lawton, near Alsager, providing residential, dementia, nursing and respite care for 60 residents. As a Care Assistant you will deliver person‑centred support that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Cover alternate weekends as part of the rota.

Required profile

• Compassionate, respectful and reliable attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a care setting.
• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards it.
