Care Assistant – Shopping, Cleaning & Sitting – South Leeds

About the role

Join Be Caring as a Care Assistant in South Leeds, providing companionship, practical support and social connection to clients in their own homes and community. You will shop, sit and chat with people, helping them stay linked to the places and people that matter.

Key responsibilities

• Promote independence through enabling approaches
• Support people to meet personal outcomes, involving families and professionals
• Provide companionship, practical support and social connection
• Help people stay connected to their community and local services
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect when required
• Record and report information accurately

Required profile

• Female applicants only (Equality Act 2010)
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be based in Leeds
• Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available

What we offer

• £13.30 per hour plus 50p per mile mileage
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑15:00
• Paid induction training and funded Level 2 courses
