Care Assistant – Support Residents in a Luxury Care Home

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Greenhill. You will help residents live each day to the fullest by providing personal care and creating a warm, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, bathing and assistance with meals.
• Support residents with daily activities and promote independence.
• Foster a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all residents.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, their families and the care team.
• Help residents lead fulfilling lives while respecting their dignity.

Required profile

• Genuine compassion and dedication to caring for older adults.
• Interest in building strong relationships with residents and families.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to develop skills through training and courses.
