Care Assistant – Support Residents with Compassion

About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Care Assistant and help residents live each day to the fullest. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and create a warm, respectful environment for our ageing community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Support residents during meals and daily routines.
- Promote independence and dignity in all interactions.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and the care team.
- Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and comfortable home atmosphere.
Required profile
- Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards elderly care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to develop skills through training and courses.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
