Care Assistant / Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

About the role

We are seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Assistants or Support Workers on a flexible, temporary basis. You will work across a variety of settings in Burnley and the wider North West region, providing essential support to vulnerable adults.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support individuals in mental health, learning disabilities, elderly, dementia, and domiciliary settings.
• Assist with medication administration and health monitoring where required.
• Work day and night shifts, adapting to the needs of each service.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker.
• Flexibility to take on short‑term assignments and varied shift patterns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, person‑centred care.
