Care Assistant – Wallsend (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

Key responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their personal outcomes, working alongside families and professionals.
• Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice.
• Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches.

• Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
• Help people stay connected to their community, accessing local services and support.

Required profile

• Previous caring experience for family or friends.
• Female applicant (role open to women only in line with Equality Act 2010).
• Kind, reliable and committed to making a real difference in the local community.

• Shift pay from start to end of each shift (£13.30/hr for drivers, £12.75/hr for walkers).
