Care Coordinator – Full‑time, £27‑32k DOE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join a well‑established domiciliary care provider in Doncaster. This full‑time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment, coordinating care for service users across the Yorkshire and Humberside region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage staff rotas to ensure all care calls are covered.
• Liaise with hospitals, GPs, social services and families to support service users.
• Complete care assessments and reviews, maintaining high standards of care.
• Manage and participate in the on‑call rota.
• Provide flexible support to colleagues and other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, hands‑on and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
