Care Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our home‑care team in Eastbourne. Working under the Registered Manager, you will ensure the compliant delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care for our clients while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care in line with CQC standards.
• Create and manage client and staff rotas to meet service demand.
• Carry out client assessments and develop personalised care plans.
• Provide direct care in the community when required.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation and respond to urgent queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a care setting, ideally as a Domiciliary or Care Coordinator.
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and CQC requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a people‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under the direction of the Registered Manager.
