Care Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our supported‑living team in Haringey. You will help create a vibrant, person‑centred community where residents can enjoy independence and high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team delivering CQC‑registered services.
• Plan, prioritise and monitor daily activities to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
• Review, evaluate and report on service delivery against CQC standards.
• Produce statutory submissions, regular reports and analyse outcome data to drive improvements.
• Promote Positive Behaviour Support and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience working in a CQC‑registered supported living or extra‑care setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams in challenging environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to plan and prioritise tasks.
• Competent IT skills and experience producing reports and analysing data.

Required skills

• IT proficiency (general computer skills for reporting and data analysis).
