Care Home Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) – Eastbourne

About the role

As a Care Home Clinical Lead you will use your compassion and nursing expertise to ensure high‑quality clinical care in a residential setting. You will safeguard compliance with regulations, develop care plans and make critical clinical decisions that meet each resident’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor rigorous safeguarding policies.
• Oversee the creation and review of individual care plans.
• Make critical clinical decisions and manage related projects.
• Elevate care standards by continuously evolving service levels.
• Provide coaching, training and mentorship to the care team.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
• Experience in gerontology and knowledge of clinical policy frameworks.
• Familiarity with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person‑centred, compassionate approach with proven mentorship experience.
