Care Manager – Domiciliary Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our established home‑care branch in Berkshire/Surrey. Working alongside a Regional Manager, you will drive strategic and operational success, ensuring CQC compliance while delivering high‑quality care to children, young people and adults.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bimonthly CQC audits, maintain inspection readiness and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing and credit control.
• Develop and manage office and field teams, fostering a culture of accountability and trauma‑informed care.
• Ensure safe client onboarding, assessments, person‑centred care planning and digital rota management.
• Investigate complaints, manage feedback loops and participate in on‑call emergency cover.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven experience as a Care Manager in domiciliary or complex care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, the Children Act and the Care Act.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and KPI management.
• Full UK driving licence.
