Care Manager – Residential Service Lead

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a passionate Care Manager to lead a 6‑bed residential service for adults with complex needs. You will be responsible for creating a safe, person‑centred environment where residents can thrive and staff can develop.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the residential service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching, supervision and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, community engagement and wellbeing.
• Monitor occupancy, drive service growth and support recruitment of new staff.
• Maintain accurate records, budgets and quality assurance documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified Registered Service Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for registration.
• Proven experience in residential adult care, preferably with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy or mental health needs.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
