Care Supervisor

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the care sector. The role requires experience in care and either holding or working towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification. You will support the delivery of reablement services across Fleet and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Care Manager to manage and support the reablement service.
• Sign up new clients and liaise with Social Services or family members.
• Complete client reviews and ensure smooth service operation.
• Create and maintain person‑centred care plans.
• Carry out risk assessments in service users’ homes.
• Communicate client needs and changes to care staff.
• Perform spot checks and face‑to‑face supervisions, reporting concerns to the Registered Manager.
• Oversee compliance sign‑off and medication competencies for new care staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the care sector.
• Willingness to hold or work towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and on‑call duties.
