About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Care Support Professional to join our salaried care team at Auriens Chelsea. The role provides high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents in private apartments, helping them live safely, comfortably and independently. You will work alongside the Draycott Nursing & Care team, delivering support according to each resident’s care plan.
Key responsibilities
- Provide scheduled care visits to residents in their apartment.
- Respond to resident requests for support across the Auriens building.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily tasks.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow company policies.
- Respond to urgent situations such as falls, illness or emergency calls.
Required profile
- Care Certificate.
- Moving & Handling.
- Basic Life Support.
- First Aid.
- Basic clinical skills (desirable).
